We ship everywhere in the world.Shipping costs will be calculated per region (Netherlands, EU, UK, USA, Rest of the World). Shipping costs will be applied at the end of the order.
We aim that all products will be delivered in 2 to 5 working days. All shipping services provide a tracking number of your package. All delivery times are a guideline. Please note that deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen causes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return policy
Return policy
You have 14 days after delivery to send us a return request. Please send your return request to support@hagelhagel.com including order number and the reason of returning the goods.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won’t be eligible for refund, and we will need to send them back to you. All refunds will be issued within 10 days
